The camp aims in the holistic wellness and the nurturing of women’s health through dance. “It is a high energy session with structured movement where the participants are taken through various dance techniques such as African, Urban, Jazz, Contemporary and Afro-brazilian Samba,” said Natasha the co-founder of the event.
Dancing is one of the most recommended ways in which one can lose weight without the worry of loose skin. A research study published by the Journal of Applied Research, suggests that the combination of a proper diet and a regular dance program could help one lose as much as 7.5 pounds (4kgs) in ten days.

“The event caters for four kinds of women” said Natasha. “The fitness enthusiast who wants to add fun activities into her workout regime, the fun hunter who loves having fun, mingling and meeting new people, the health enthusiast who is conscious of lifestyle diseases, is not necessarily fit but is engaged in activities to keep her health in check, and the damsel in distress who has signed up for a number of gym memberships but has not been consistent in her workouts and she wants to try out something different.”

In addition to the dance, the camp has a space for the children to get involved in various activities thus creating a 'mommy and me' environment.
It is a monthly fitness event held every first Sunday of the month from 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm. The next one will be on 1st November. 
Entrance is 1500 per lady although there's a group discount for 3 ladies who will come together to pay 3,600, children get in free. Payments can be done through the Mpesa Paybill No 885877. Confirmations are done through the office number on +254 708 332070.
